2. French Shop ‘Maison Mere’ offers reworks of vintage pieces

The Marseille Mother House shop known for its rework of Nike tie and dye pieces has just launched its Lab. A new entity aimed at highlighting and selling several vintage pieces reworked by the store.

Thrift store located in Marseille, Maison Mère dedicates its back shop to new creations. A logical continuation for the shop which opted for DIY with homemade tie and dye pieces for several seasons already.

“The Lab is the DNA of Maison Mère, an ultra-rich catalog of services for businesses, an ideal base where all ideas are allowed… Brands and professionals can take advantage of a key location in hand for a product launch with great fanfare, to animate talks, carry out workshops etc ” , explains Driss, co-founder of the store. For the moment, reworks of Levis jackets with Nike inserts can be found on the brand’s Instagram.
